Old Moor RSPB Reserve
RSPB Nature Reserve, Old Moor Ln, Wombwell, Bolton upon Dearne, Barnsley S73 0YF Meet in the courtyard at 10am. General Walk. There are two main routes around Old Moor with several hides. Brandon Marsh Wildlife Trust reserve, Brandon Lane, Coventry CV3 3GW. Looking at flowers and invertebrates, no specific leader but several experts will be available to help. Following on from the success of the BNA Weekend Workshop in 2023, a return visit with a possible coach. If travelling independently, meet at the entrance to the visitor centre at 11am. Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, Bridlington YO15 1JF. Sea birds. Meet outside the visitor centre at 11am. There is no charge to park, but there is an entry fee for non-members. There is a two-mile cliff top trail with several viewing points. There are takeaway refreshments and outdoor seating (limited indoor seating). Bring a packed lunch or use the take away facilities.

Linda Ryan is lucky enough to own her own woodland. And is opening it to members to see the latest management she has done and look for flowers and insects. Meet on the roadside opposite the wood at 11am. More details will be emailed to members nearer the date. Can be rough underfoot so sturdy footwear is recommended, bring a packed lunch.
